I'm Daniella Turbin an artist and walker from the United Kingdom. I have a Masters in Fine Art Practice from The Glasgow School of Art (2017) and my area of specialism is drawing. After completing my studies I went in search of a graphite mine and spent six months living in Cumbria, and it was during this time that I took up long distance walking ( although more out of necessity as there were only ten buses a week from the village I lived in). Since this time I have returned to my family home in the West Midlands and have been on a mission to walk every square of the Ordnance Survey Maps of the United Kingdom. These walks could be instigated for any number of reasons – from historical and political through to environmental or personal.
